We NEED More Black Male Teachers..

Throught out my educational carrer outside of college I noticed the lack of black male teachers in our classrooms. I always believed this was needed especially in urban communities. The leadership, the understanding for alot of children and not just boys would go along way. Check out this interview, if you think Obama is not inveting in education, you would be mistaken.
